As someone who has treated and met personally with those who have been on PED's, I can tell you with 100% certainty that this is NOT the body of someone who's cheating.

His muscles would be much more "ballooned," his vascular tracts would be far thicker, he'd be moving slow, and he'd probably have joint problems.

Instead, he's tight, lean, fast, and has tons of stamina. He's the opposite of a guy on steroids. Pacquiao has the make up of a guy who works his ass off.

It's hilarious how every other boxer would have no problems submitting to full random OST to face Floyd OR Pac yet Manny doesn't require them even when he's fighting known steroid cheats who have already taken them with Floyd but Manroids going to court to "clear his name".
