Why would people call him Doctor Vitalai Klitschko, no one speaks to them on a professional level. Bringing up Tyson and other boxers is moot as no one ever refers to them by their actual title either. You don't hear people saying Mr Mike Tyson, though I'm being satirical as one would say Mr Tyson, or Dr Klitschko, without reference to their first name.

What IS this?? Is it a joke, or is it an "honorary doctorate" which Universities "confer" on a variety of people who never went to University and never qualified at anything, and NEVER achieved doctorates.

Perhaps a publicity stunt for some Uni to honour Haye when he "won" the WBA title?

Or is the poster having a little fun with us with his Photoshop, or whatever it;s called??
