If it ends in the first 3 rounds, Haye won a one sided fight. If it ends after the third, Wlad beat Haye's ass.

It depends on who lands the first meaningful punch.

It that man is Wladimir Klitschko, this fight could go long and might be more one-sided then not. Wladimir Klitschko not taking too many chances and slamming him jab down hard until Haye finally physically folds and gets stopped.

If Haye lands the first meaningful shot, then Klitschko goes into survival mode. Haye has the chance to then stop Wladimir and will be looking for those shots. At times, he can leave himself open and Wladimir can come back in these moments. Because of that, the fight will be fought at a more even rate. However, the fight will only be 50/50 once Haye lands the first big shot. If he doesn't, I see this as a 60/40 fight at best in favor of Wladimir.

Favoring him, it obviously means that I think it'll be more ons-sided than not.

pretty much what I think, Haye has to land a punch to let Wlad know hes there early doors if not Wlad will just jab jab jab jab clinch etc.
