I think Manny's short bulked up legs has protected him from getting KD(knockdown) in many tough situations in his past fights. Some Boxers aren't lucky enough to have strong legs that could prevent them from getting KD or KO.

I havent seen Manny hit flush with a good shot it a LONNNGGG time. I guess that can been seen as a good thing, his career will be longer. Or a Bad thing...he just hasnt fought anyone who could delivery a real problem....I've only heard his opponents being referenced as BIGGER, not actually equal or better..

dude, that punch landed perfect. i don't care how much these posters worship pacquiao, dude would have been rocked. like p4p305 said, pac has strong legs, im not sure if he wouldve went down, but he would have wobbled for sure. i don't know any fighter near 147 that would have taken that shot and not been phased by it. that was the perfect shot at the perfect time. that shot would never landed on pacman cause he wouldn't have let himself be open like that, but like you said "IF"

Pacquiao doesnt have this iron, unhurtable chin people make it out to be. its good, no doubt, but the guy will be stunned if he gets hit flush.

berto doesn't have any explosive power. he has explosive POP. i saw manny hit with more then just uppercuts. i forgot what round it was but he was hit flush by a straight right & cotto then moved away. pac motion that he wanted more.......pac was also hit by a VISCOUS left to the head by marg but most didn't catch it because pac continued to move. bertos power is overrated. anything is possible in the sport of boxing but its a far off chance that pac would drop from a berto pop.

i see him taking any & everything that berto has.

Yeah man I agree...A lot of these posters have no clue what they are talking bout...any man that gets his flush like that is gonna feel it I dont care who you are. That was a perfect, fast, powerful shot to the dome..Ortiz got up which was a good thing, but he shouldnt be ashamed of going down...that was one hell of a shot..
