Plaster was found in Margarito's hand wraps but he claims he did not know it was there.
Then man who put the plaster there also claims he acted on his own.
We don't know for sure that Margarito used plaster in fights before.

Margarito and his trainer were cought attempting to cheat.
They were not cought cheating.
Margarito still maintains his innocence.
Some people believe him some don't, then one thing we know for sure is that he says he did not know anything about the plaster.

So until such time that evidence is presented, proving beyond reasonable doubt, that Margarito knew about the plaster, we have to take it with a pich of salt. That means words like proven shouldn't used in reference to Margarito as a cheat.

Anyway, the promoter must be paid for what was agreed apon but since the fight is still not signed I doubt if it's anywhere near $7.5 mil. Maybe he meant $75 000.
