Can David Haye beat Wlad?

Is there any fighter that has fought Wlad and Haye before? cause I can't think of any which is why its so hard to predict this fight IMO.

I think they have both fought Monte Barrett. Wlad destroyed him and Haye beat him (not before getting dropped along the way).

He has a slim punchers chance early on that decreases every second he doesn't land a damaging shot on Wlad, he better go after it from the start if he really intends to pull of the upset.

I wish Haye would of fought people like fast eddie, sam peter (2-3 years back) chris arreola etc. This then would of given us something to work with in knowing how good both of them was because we could compare fights, as it stands all we have is monte barrett who people are still debating whether he floored haye ( judging by that replay the punch missed) so we really have no idea how to compare these two, they both take completely different routes with title defences. Wlad fights genuine top 15 HW's though (mostly) And haye hasn't really fought one except Valuev?? After that he fought Ruiz who came out of retirement, and Audley Harrison who should be in retirement, never really proving himself along the way?
