Can David Haye beat Wlad?

When these 2 meet in the ring, which one will come out on top? my view is that Wladimir Klitshcko will do what he normally does and jab david haye over and over, when david gets close, Wlad will try to clinch, although I believe David Haye CANNOT fight inside, but neither can Wlad. If Haye can use his superb reflexes and speed to avoid Wlads jab however, then I not only believe Haye will win, but I believe he would knock Wlad spark out within 6 rounds.
