Its Ortiz' first fight at WW, I say let him fight a few more to see how he does and if he strings together a few more wins and continues to establish himself as a top tier WW, which he's already proven he is by beating Berto, then make the fight. Right now I still feel like he could use a few more fights before we start talkin Ortiz vs. Pacquiao.

a lot of things preventing the fight. first fight at ww, tr gbp fued, and just not ready for pac. i say ortiz vs cotto would make for more of an interesting fight. PR vs Mexico is always a good time. especially since their hero JuanMa just got starched by a Journeyman. Going with Cotto for that one!

for the person who stated ortiz bandwagon....ortiz put on a fan friendly fight and was good prior. i wouldn't say jumping on the band wagon but he seemed like a cool freaking dude in his post presser which says a lot for the guy. i wouldn't say i liked or disliked ortiz previously but he did well to impress me and his personality is laid back.
