There a bias when it comes to African American fighters u shud know this LarryX
Berto fought a good fight and scored two knockdowns Ortiz just had more stamina in the tank
Ortiz is good but he'll get spanked by Mayweather if Floyd decides to fight againComment

but berto is not african american LOL!Comment

And another thing...is Berto really a hype job? he lost to a VERY good fighter with a lot of talent and power. Plus why was hyping Berto to become some atg fighter? to be a hypejob, dont you have to have a lot of hype. Pretty much everyone was on the same page about him. He's athletic, has some talent and has power. But no one was making him out to be unbeatable.Comment

like I said, ortiz exploited all of berto's flaws and there are many, and berto looked like ****. The only times he looked good is when he scored the knockdowns. you take those away and ortiz won just about every round in the fight.
yeah it was a great fight and all but I don't think his effort is worthy of a rematch. After round 6 his game basically consisted of clinching, ducking his head real low and looking for an occasional big shot. IMO he was dominated.Comment

Exactly if anything Ortiz was hyped more before the Maidana fight to become the next Oscar De La HoyaComment

Except it wasnt really a close fight.
First Ortiz shoulda gotten a KD in the first round that wasnt ruled a KD.
Ortiz shouldnt have lost a point for hitting behind the head.
Berto shoulda have lost a point for excessive holding.
Also it was a one sided war outside of Berto landing a few good shots. And it was only Ortiz waging the war.Comment
