              I don't like Oscar myself, just personally see him at a minumum Top 20 Welter.

              Pretty much anyone in the history section does too. I don't think I have come across anyone who doesn't.

              How about you forget work and come the History Section and duke it out.

              Dude like you needs to be in that section more often anyway. You're wasting your talent in here

                Napoles was born in and fought out of Cuba untill 4 years into his pro career where Castro went into power, then he deported to Mexico at 22, he isn't Mexican.
