Mayweather has never ko'd a welter wieght, I believe Berto hits much harder than Mayweather, So I doubt Wife Beater can kO Ortiz. Hatton gave Mayweather a scare until about hte 8th round and I do believe Ortiz is much better than Hatton. Mosley didn't have his EPO in the Mayweather fight so he gased out after 3 rounds

I am still not sold on Ortiz but MUCH prop to him for this fight. Ortiz's inconsistent performance left much to be desired. Which Ortiz will show up in the next fight?

I think an Ortiz vs. Pac fight could be exciting right now. But I think it would be even more exciting if Ortiz was better and further in his career.

I like two types of fights.

          Slugfests and tactical battles.

Crazy Diego Corrales vs. Castillo or Sergio vs. Sergiy Dzinziruk (comeon, outjabbing a jabber, and TKOd a guy who has never even been down? Crazy)

ortiz against floyd iam not sure he can beat may but against pac its a 50/50 because pac is a brawler and that will never change despite what many dip ***** say on here.

agreed. although i'm not against an ortiz-mayweather match. just as i wasn't against a mayweather-berto face off. floyd wins, but decent fight nonetheless. happy for ortiz though. he must be on cloud 9 right now.

It really depends on which version of Ortiz that shows up. He is young and some of that is mental/inexperience. But skillz wise still a step below two.

And you are correct, in a year or two Pac and May would be into the twilights of their careers. Besides $$$$ as a significant factor, I think this maybe the reason why they don't fight younger guys anymore.
