The Amir with Artiz looks phyiscally more stronger in my opinion. It's interesting looking at the pictures here, you can tell the difference.

The fact of the matter is Khan is looking waaay more ripped under Vale. Arizas method of training is dying out, all that protein shakes and supplement bs is being rejected by most of the best trainers now.
      wtf are you talking about

        amir looked horrible.

        just horrible.

if michael vale made any imprint whatsoever (and i'm not saying it's going to necessarily be evident) it was negative.

Where's your source for this ridiculous claim. Do you realize how hard it would be to eat clean and get in 6-7,000+calories without supplementation?

Ariza and Vale had both been training other Wild Card fighters before Roach personally appointed Ariza to Manny, Khan, Vanes, etc. Vale was the last minute backup guy after Khan ditched Ariza 1-2 weeks before his training camp. He basically followed up Ariza's training with a few tweaks and touches. Like others said, I didn't see much emphasis on his leg training. I remember Amir mentioning they did light running on the treadmill on sparring days. lol.
