so this all happened because donaire is complaining to not having his three fights a year contract being breached or fulfilled but arums defence lawyer daniel petrocelli is arguing that due to donaire injuries he is not able to have his three fights due to health reasons and now bob has also bought in a former judge to analyse and try to resolve the problem?

so because arum is not giving donaire a three fight a year deal because of his supposed injuries if he does have any and is looking out for his fighter and then donaire in return is trying to break a contract or go to someone else because of this along with the fact that top rank won the right to promote donaire over golden boy? good luck with that donaire but i got Bob winning this one

Oscar thought he was simple, ambushed him at the airport with a limousine, after an exhausting 16 hour flight, shlepped him to a restaurant, pressed on him a dinner he didn't want, aas well as a suitcased $250,000 in $20 bills, kept him there for literally hours when he was drooping with fatigue, urging him to sign. Manny P. too polite to tell him to go to hell, consulted with his lawyer who was also present, and, as he said the next day, just to get away from him, he signed, knowing it was not legal, nor enforceable.

You see, Top Rank still had Manny P. under contract, and, as well, a clause forbidding any discussion with any other promoter suring the term of the Top Rank contract.

Oscar dinn't know this, and went to court, eventually to arbitration, and got a well deserved kick in the teeth.

In Donaire's case, the medical reasons for extension were 2 6 month suspensions by the Commission because of injuries, and his contract stipulated that this time would be added to the original contract. His present contract is STILL in force, not slated to run out until June 25th 2011, that is in nearly 3 months time. So we can add an extra year LEGALLY, to this date.

On top of this, the contract ALSO has a provision giving Top Rank the option of extending the present contract for 1 calendar year. So my mathematical senses, tll me that Donaire's legal contract does not run out until late 2013.

Which is what Arum has been saying ALL THE TIME. Raider Oscar will be foiled again it seems.

You should write to Arum and tell him that he's a slave master. If he ever reads your letter, and pays any attention to it, be prepared for a writ, and get yourself to a lawyer.
