Cotto has fought and beat one opponent worth mentioning and thats shane mosley & I thought he lost that. He lost to Pac and Margarito 2 fights i thought he shouldve won...and he really lost to clottey...Cotto isnt as tough as u say..

And the only reason Floyd hasnt fought them is because they are top rank fighters...thats the reason floyd hasnt fought any of those fighters since he left top rank years ago..
