How can one look at both of them and say Ortiz is the smaller guy? The size difference between the two is very very minimal, I should hear no excuses after Berto beats him.Comment

And there will be no excuses from me. I don't think Ortiz has the caliber to do much at the championship level.
Which only makes Bottom-Burpo look worse if he loses. Fighting 140lbers, especially ones who didn't do a lot at 140lbs, is a no win for him.Comment

Man this is BS. Nobody says anything about how Ortiz weighs more on fight night that Berto does. Oritz weighed 156 lbs on fight night in his last fight. Nobody says anything about how Carlos Quintana unofficially weighed 161lbs on fight night against Berto, and Berto knocked him out. Berto was barely a JMW on fight night.
I like Berto's attitude though, he can't let you haters get to his head. He tried to make the fights happen with Pacquiao and Cotto but it's not that easy.
Fuck Cintron, and fuck whoever likes Cintron, and fuck whoever wants Berto to fight Cintron. Cintron's a straight up bitch. Fucking waste of an HBO slot. How can you want to see a bitch like that ever fighting again. He should fight in ESPN.Comment

Berto's last unofficial fight night weight against Quintana: 153.5 in a WW fight. Quintana had almost 10lbs on him WTF.
Ortiz last unofficial fight night weight against Lamont Peterson: 156 in JWW fight.
Now how the hell are you gonna tell me, Ortiz is not bigger?Comment

Stevie Forbes was heavier than Berto on fight-night, though, Kevvy.
Would you say that Forbes is the naturally bigger man?
Mosley was heavier than DLH on fight-night.
Would you say that Shane is bigger than Oscar?Comment

In boxing, the man who weighs more, is the bigger man.
For example, who looks bigger, Montiel or Donaire?
To me, Donaire looks bigger, he's also taller. But Montiel as short and as small as he looks, he was actually the bigger man and everyone was saying he's the bigger man. So everyone should treat all boxers the same and not pick sides when it benefits them. To me, whoever weighs more on fight this Saturday, will be the bigger man. Ortiz is already the taller man, and by way of unofficial weigh in, Ortiz is pretty big, bigger than Berto.
MIB, what makes "the bigger man" for you?Comment
