ZigZag - you have a lot to learn about boxing. First off, Rubio has never KO'd, let alone beaten a B+ or A fighter! Those KO's game against lessor comp. Lemieux had fought CRAP comp till he faced Rubio and showed he cannot take the punch of a decent but NOT huge puncher. Big punchers KO B+ or A level fighters. Rubio is not.

There is a REASON why Lemieux fought light punching washed up Camacho Jr. and light punching Elvin Ayala. There is a reason why from his 9th to 15th fight he did not fight ONE fighter with a record above .500! To top that off, when he was 13-0 he fought a 3-7 fighter while guys on ShoBox were 13-0 fighting 15-0 and 18-1 record fighters. He was milked Canada as long as they could.

Lemieux was rocked by chin shots before and after the punch to the side of the head. Face it, he stormed low grade opposition and never had his ability to take a punch tested before this and he failed against a decent but not huge puncher. I don't care if Rubio KO'd club fighters, he didn't KO a top fighter. A KO record is weighed by "Who did they KO"!

Maybe he wanted to emulate the champ of the division.

From his 36th to 40th fight, Sergio Martinez did not fight ONE fighter with a record above .500! To top that off, when he was 39-1-1 he fought a 3-34-2 to celebrate his 40th victory!

"Everyone has got a gameplan until they gets hit" - Tyson, Lemeiux would definitely learn from this and probably become a better fighter due to this loss, Now he doesn't have to worry or protect any unbeaten record and he can just move forward with his career and work more on his weakness instead of just concentrating on his strong points.

Lemiuex is 22 years old, and 20 years old when you mentioned him. The dudes on Showbox are generally 25-28 and have tons more am experience. The only problem on how he was brought up was the too big of step against Rubio.

I notice that in your video of Trinidad beating Vargas you didn't include video of Trinidad beating Oscar. That's because there isn't any! LOL!

ZigZag - You failed to realize is it doesn't matter WHAT age a fighter is, being 9-0 to 15-0 he had NO business fighting SUB 500 fighters! Sorry to break the news but I have seen EVERY episode of ShoBox and seen MANY 20-23 year old fighters fight other prospects when Lemieux was fighting guys with 3-7 and 18-19 records!
