David.. did not follow the plan.. it was obvious that rubio wasnt going down.. after absorbing most of lemeiux POWER SHOTS....heres the thing....

david.. only throws power shots.. he doesnt know how to set a good nice combo and move and box at all... rubio just beat him with pure willingness and determination...

david only had to jab his way to a clear decision but he just couldnt.. it only took Rubio 2 Rounds to dismantle him....

I understood Charlies as well. Lemieux in his 15th pro fight, fought a 3-7 fighter when guys on ShoBox with 15 fights were fighting other 15-1, 18-0 fighters. Then he fights a washed up powerless natural 140 pound Camacho JR. Lemieux was exposed as a fraud staying in his comfy Canada.

Rubio actually had David going backwards by the third round, which is poison for a guy who only knows how to move foreward. I can't say that I ever saw much in Lemieux as he only fights in his home town and as far as coming back, he was never really a threat to the big boys.

david didnt react very well to getting hit ... its def a concern for the future. i would consider his chin suspect

Well first off the shot was in the back half of the head, so his balance was going to be fucked.

But no he didn't react well. I tab it as just inexperience. He's never even been hit hard before, then tog et hit by a puncher with bricks hands. It's a big step.

either way his chins gonna be considered suspect ... theres always going to be that question until it gets retested
