the bet you listed is not a moneyline bet. it is just a line bet. a moneyline bet is when you bet on a time to win without getting or giving away points. the team you bet on just needs to win. obviously the odds are adjusted. without looking, at +7.5 for example if you bet on the spurs to win, the odds would be like +300 for example. so if you bet $100, you would win $300 if the spurs won.
Anyone know how to bet and read NBA Money lines..?

The Spurs gets 7.5 points. If they lose by 7 or less, you win. That 10% on your bet is called the vig, or juice. You have to pay 10% more based on your original bet if you lose.
When it comes to a money line bet, a 7.5 underdog usually pays +360 or more. It means you're picking the Spurs to win straight up, minus the points (+7.5) they're giving to you...Comment
