Any NBA betters out there who know how to read or bet NBA games?

I got the Spurs today at -110 +7.5
Can someone clarify this, just want to make sure im reading this right..

didnt even notice til the game started that Parker, Gino, and Duncan arent playing, but the Spurs are still in this game..

I know, thats why they Sat out their big three.. Just getting prepped for Playoffs so trying to understand spreads.. My bet is still at the Spurs winning by +7.5 or loosing by 7.5.. So either way I can still win..

Just want to make sure im reading it right with the spread..

A plus number is what you win for betting 100.

Thanks man, thats what I was thinking just making sure.. So the spread +7.5 is what the team has to win by.. These can be different at different Sports Books
