Mosley's best round was the 2nd. During the break before the 3rd round Mosley was already breathing heavily through his mouth. Mosley was pretty much tired all throughout that fight. It happens to many old men in the ring.

Cotto's probabl just going to have to wait it out unfortunatly. I don't think Arum will let him pass up on this fight right now.

Cotto-Mayweather is a damn good fight & an upset is possible. That's why the fight doesn't happen.

If Mayweather isn't fighting Pacquiao right now, and apparently needs mediators to negotiate with Top Rank, why would he go through a whole hoop-la to fight Cotto? Ironically, it makes financial sense (for the most part), but even with that being I still don't think Mayweather takes this fight. I see him fighting Malignaggi before Cotto.

Right, a 75% KO percentage is CLEARLY indicative of not being a puncher.

He couldn't knockout Shane and Margo and now he's not a puncher? These guys have iron freakin chins. He doesn't have that huge one punch knockout power, but to say he's not a puncher is just wrong.

He's got a pretty nice KO ratio for not being a puncher. Not that you need to be to wobble Floyd. BTW why did Floyd not KO Shane then?

              You're right about Oscar though.

Floyd would pull a Manny on Cotto. Floyd and Manny are in a league of their own. Floyd would counter the shit out of Cotto, but not being a pressure fighter, would pot-shot him for 12 rounds, resulting in Cotto getting frustrated mid-fight and avoiding Floyd.

Oscar at 154 is more dangerous than Tony could ever dream of being.
Floyd said he intentionally did not want to fight Margarito. After the handwrap scandal he said that he didn't mind people saying he was ducking Margs because he "told the whole world that something was wrong with Margarito." Whatever that means. The interview was posted on boxing scene.

                    BS.

When was the last time Floyd threw 700-800+ punches in a fight... yeah, I thought so.

Floyd and Manny are completely different animals, I'd say Floyd is the least worrisome of the two, by far, for Cotto.

Cotto's jab is very good, enough to trouble Floyd all fight long. He may not win, but more likely be pot shotted to a boring UD...

If he pressured Mosley he dam sure can pressure Cotto.

Much as I got Floyd in a wide ud I still would love to see the fight. But it ain't happening because of bob. If they can do business together on other things(Floyd and Cotto teams) I don't see why they can't get the fight done.
