Floyd just completely embarrass Cotto and this stage, and I really wouldn't like to see that personally. It would be just like Pacquiao-Mosley; a completely uncompetitive fight between two big names on completely different levels. Boxing doesn't need more of that.

Cotto should wait for Margarito to heal. If that fight isn't made, he should look for a fight with Angulo. That would be a great fight for casual and hardcore boxing fans.

Floyd would never come to 154 anyway, and Cotto trying to go back down to 147 would be harsh.

Why do u keep on saying that. He's already fought at jr mw. Why this fight won't happen is cause floyds obviously preoccupied with a lotta other **** now and should be considered retired unitil if/when he chooses to come back.

We are more likely to see Mayweather-Jose M. Cotto than we are Mayweather-Miguel Cotto! Mayweather didn't want M. Cotto before why would he want him now?

I'd rather he face Collazo, want to see how he looks against a southpaw now, hasn't fought one since 06.

Floyd would agree to a catch weight. and lol at him ducking Margarito, he wasn't doing business with Arum anymore, he fought Baldomir for the WBC for 8 mill, which would had looked exactly like the Marg fight.

I honestly wouldn't mind watching this fight, but Cotto would lose badly. The jab is a factor, but if anyone has paid attention to Cotto's punch stats, they'd notice that he has a huge tendency to get with more than 30% of power punches. He's very susceptible to them.

What do you all think is going to happen when Mayweather shoots that laser right? By the way, Cotto swells much more easily than before (pre-Margarito)...he gets marked up over every little thing.

Against as someone who is a defensive wizard and supremely accurate, Cotto is going to look horrible. I don't think he gets knocked out or beat up anywhere near like his fight with Pacquiao but he gets humiliated and outpunched by a huge margin. "Landslide" is too small a word to describe it.

BTW, I'm Puerto Rican. I'm a huge Cotto fan. Cotto is my favorite fighter. I started watching boxing because of Cotto. Not blind enough to pick him over Mayweather. THIS FIGHT WILL NOT BE COMPETITIVE.

Once again, the only reason I'd be okay with it is if it meant keeping Mayweather relevant in the sport and if it meant having him fight Pacquiao in the near future (ie, sometime during the next six months).

I really hope Margartio-Cotto 2 happens but if it is to fall apart, I'd like to see Mayweather fight Miguel at 147.

Just finish that shake you've been sipping on for the past year. That way you can wash Floyd's penis down and hopefully get rid of that stench that keeps rambling out of your mouth.
