Great thread and post Mak... Morales put on a show win/lose didn't matter. Erik and the fans won last night.. Erik showed why he is an ATG and cut from a different cloth that many of the current fighters.

dont forget some body shots that El Terrible threw...had Maidana 'blowing bubbles' in the mid rounds

I wouldn't have been suprised if he didn't see the 2nd round.

And he went on there and put on an amazing performance.

And I felt that Morales actually won the fight.

Last night we were reminded why Morales is so great. Many of us were starting to forget since he hasn't looked good in so so long.

The boxing world needed this recall, to remember actually how great Erik Morales truely is.

When Morales ripped off a 6 punch combination and had Maidanna backing up, goosebumps flew up my arms and literally took me back 10 years.

              Amazing, truely amazing.
A tiny collection of us did.

Morales is the only guy (along with Hamed) that I would ever root for, over Pacquiao, if they ever fought. (rooted all three times for Morales during their trilogy).

I'm a huge Morales fan and to be honest, watching him and Tapia spoiled me as a boxing fan. Watching those guys, not only have the balls to face anyone, but also leave everything in the ring, really made me not tolerate alot of the pu$$y a$$ boxers we have today in the sport.

I love Morales and he is the second greatest Mexican boxer ever behind Chavez.

Im glad i watched great card and great performance by Morales. I honestly thought other then the Katsidis fight this whole card was going to be subpar at best.

It was a great night of fights and even the Paulie fight wasnt as boring as i thought it would be. I thought everyone was ******ed when they were talking about what a great card we had lined up but i was wrong big time.
