Based on their fights, Morales is better than Maidana and should Morales eye not been shut early, it would obviously ends up tremendous wins for Morales! I am not a fan of Morales nor Maidana however in my scorecard, the result should be a draw!

No. I've been calling Maidana a bum with power ever since he beat Ortiz. If Amir's chin was stronger, we wouldn't even be talking about Maidana now.

Maidana has only beaten cab drivers and green fighters like Ortiz and Cayo. He lost from Kotelnik, Khan and Morales and struggled with shot Corley.

In the ring Maidana has heart and power. I'll definitely respect him for that.

You know how dumb you sound right now. If Morales fought a close decision that could had been a draw or gone the other way it says a lot of bad things about Khan.

Bottom line style make fights. Since Maidana is a bum why he wasn't given a rematch in such an entertaining fight that many would pay to see

lol at Khan winning the first 9, then how did the scorecards end up two being 114-111 and the other 113-112, biased much? Anyways Maidana pulled Khans hoe card that night, Maidana like I always said has over rated power and mediocare boxing skills, Khans win over him loses some credibility, Morales put on a clinic, Maidana couldn't capitalize on Morales eye, Morales deserved a draw and Maidana did not deserve a win, immediate rematch.

There are serious questions about Maidana after last nights performance. I don't care that he almost knocked out Khan in the 10th round, because he looked like a school girl for 9 WHOLE ROUNDS.

How often do you see a fighter be COMPLETELY DOMINATED for 9 full rounds??? The kind of domination in which, one might think Maidana was a childish amateur, until the tenth came around. One good round against a 22 yr old (at the time), one good round which just as easliy could never have happened.

As good as Maidana did in the end, he looked like a pathetic joke for most of the fight. He's got the power, but the manner in which Khan outboxed Maidanas ass proves Maidana will fall to good boxers. Frankly, I am not impressed with him at all.

HAAHHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH how can someone outboxed the other if he runs all night? HAHHA PRICK!

morales was totally outgunned but he stood there toe-to-toe what a bad-ass mother****er. this is why i have always favored him over MAB and marquez. i mean MAB is a bad-ass too i'm just saying-- morales was a lion in there.

this is the type of **** that should endear fans to a fighter.

people who fall in love w/ fighters like paulie malinaggay or sergio martinez for basically doing nothing are just straight ***.

Khan fought with the wrong gameplan. Instead of back peddling and letting himself get caught on the ropes, he should have staked out the centre of the ring and fought in front of Maidana. Khan fought best when he stood his ground, and used his handspeed and jab to put Maidana on the back foot. Maidana doesn't know how to fight going backwards, and Khan didn't capitalise on that. Instead he allowed Maidana to do what he does best: that is to stalk and look to land that overhand right. That's why he got caught. I don't recall Khan eating a big shot when he staked out the centre of the ring and pushed Maidana back?

If a re-match ever happens, all Khan needs to do is follow Morales' gameplan but execute it with his superior speed and energy. Khan can stop Maidana if he fights in this way.
