amazing performance. I thought he was going to get KO'd early and after the first round I thought for sure it was going to happen.

For him to fight the way he did with one eye from round one on to round 12 is amazing in itself. For him to nearly pull off the upset is just remarkable.

Major props to Morales, truly the heart of a warrior. People throw that term around lightly these days, but Morales is the true definition of warrior.

Major props to Morales. I have always thought that he was in Mayweather and Roy Jone's class in terms of speed, power, and technique. I thought he'd get KO'd but man did he show up. He just lined himself up for a huge payday against anyone of the name fighters at 140.

And major props to Mexican fighters. This past week or so Mexicans took it to a HOFer (Segura), went to Japan (Gonzalez) AND Canada (Rubio) and took titles away from the home fighter. And now an old savvy vet schooled a prime power puncher (Morales).

Impressive....you Mexicans should be proud.
