Hahahaha... oh man I love boxing.

Undefeated monsters get an upset KO from a hungry overlooked fighter.

    Saul Alvarez is next.

I missed this fight last night but i expected to read how Rubio got crushed in 2 or 3 rounds. This was the same kid talking about knocking out Martinez and seeing flaws in Bute

goes to show you that good speed and great power will not beat ring iq..

            example, hopkins and pascal

however, leimiux is a good fighter, he just doesnt know how to open up a

            fighters defense...

he was just throwing huge bombs and connecting very little...

a better trainer would serve him well

You cant just say "not good enough". The problem with the kid is he was overconfident as you can read in his interviews, even though he just has beaten chinless clubfighters so far. He has the tools, he has talent, but he has to learn and he will learn! Hes just 22 years old. He thought he could knock out everybody with ease and took Rubio lightly, this loss will be a good learning experience and just like Lara, most people are writing promising boxers off way to soon. Undefeated records are overrated, you dont need to be a undefeated boxer to be great, best current example Manny Pacquiao. Just look at his record, the guy Manny lost to back then and what hes doing now!

There goes Lemieux from my list of favorites. I was a bit too hasty to add him there, lol. I guess...it can happen to everybody but it SHOULDN'T happen to real good fighters.

My previous posts were proven correct, Lemieux hadn't faced anyone dangerous (not until Rubio that is) and hadn't been tested. Perhaps Lemieux will think a little more before sounding off about having a chance against the likes of Martinez, his previous quotes just make him look ******. LOL!

Gamboa's "chinny" is he?...And Lopez isn't the best at 126, as he's only faced a faded Marquez. Chris John has the right to be called the man at featherweight, Gamboa and Lopez haven't done enough to be thought as top dogs status yet.

Rubio had a plan and he executed it perfectly. He knew lemieux was ganna run out of dynamite by the middle rounds. He just needed to hang on their until Lemieux shots were weaker. He took control after the 5th and finished him off. Lemieux underestimated Rubio's 49 previous wins.

                      Great win for mexico.

Rubio will be Chavez first defense. Probably in his hometown of Culiacan.

Just like Canelos first defense is in his home town.

Pretty weird...Canelo wins his WBC belt in southern cali....Now Chavez right behind him and will win his WBC belt in southern cali....
