Bell Centre, Monteal - A battle of super middleweights saw Adonis Stevenson (14-1, 11KOs) crush Derek Edwards (25-2, 13KOs) in the third round of an NABA super middleweight title fight. Stevenson badly hurt Edwards in the second round and sent him down twice. One of the punches appeared to break Edwards' nose. In the third, Stevenson dropped Edwards down hard for a third time and the fight was waved off.

I'll be damned! I thought Rubio made to order and was gonna get KTFO. Another over hyped fighter in Lemieux!

Have to wonder if Lemieux took this fight lightly. He was talking big about KOing Martinez and beating Bute, and he looked good until Rubio started firing back. Hopefully he can come back because the division can always use a ****er

            WOW! MAJOR UPSET!

He can bounce back from it though, don't do like Amir Khan and run from the guy that KO'd you, try to fight him again right away and show the world that it was a fluke, waiting to see the fight on ESPN2

it is a setback though, as far as him trying to get fights against the top fighters in his division

people need to learn that in this sport and MMA, upsets HAPPEN. if mike tyson can get KO'd by a 43 to 1 underdog, why cant rubio win? why cant sugar shane win? people are so quick to jump and are ******. if everything played out just how everyone says in anything, we would all be millionares.

Yup he's ready for Sergio, just like Andy lee was ready for winky before vera rolled him, like I said he should of said in that interview I'm not ready for Sergio but I want to fight him instead of talking **** about him and Bute, Clown! he will never get a shot at Sergio its gonna take him 2 years to become relevant again.

I think the corner waived it off to soon. Give the man a chance to fight through adversity.

Was this a "funny" KO to Lemieux? that would be a good question to ask to Lemieux. That is what he said when he KOed Camacho Jr....man this is Karma.
And he was saying that he was ready to KO Martinez...
