No not really, it's just that Manny couldn't believe this guy wouldn't go down or wasn't knocked down so he was asking if he was ok.

According to Manny, Cotto was making woman like noises when he was hitting him so he knew he was done.

Marg should have taken a knee but I don't think he knows how to do that, he should have called Cotto or Calderon and asked them the proper technique.

I guess Pacquiao had more respect for Margarito and the fact that he didn't start retreating in fear like Cotto did against Pacquiao.Cotto was not only embarrassing himself and his people by running away from a midget,but he was also making Pacquiao look bad in the process.

Margarito was never going to quit BUT (huge BUT) the corner should've stopped the fight. Laurence Cole is an idiot. The way Margarito looked after the fight was horrendous.

Arthur Mercante, Sr. once said that a fighter, if he's any kind of fighter, will always say that he can continue. Fighters have a lot of pride, and it's up to the corner or the referee to make sound judgments that a fighter whose pride clouds his logic cannot make.

Margarito has a hell of a chin and a lot of heart but I seriously doubt that if they were to try to match those two again that Margarito would be able to endure 12 rounds with Pacquiao.

If the fight had been in Vegas with Bayless, that fight would've been over by the 10th round when Margarito got clipped with a right hook and wobbled.

I agree, i think Garcia should have stopped the fight but he didn't because Marg wouldn't let him.

I think if Garcia was also a more veteran trainer with more pull, he could have stopped it but he couldn't trump Marg in his decision.
