honestly???? get better video quality! lol, jk,
looks like you got a good foundation and set of skills. one thing i did notice, even though you are sparring and i don't know if you were exhausted or not or if it was the first thing you did in the day, but the only thing that I saw in the short 1:34 video was that you were waiting on the guy sometimes and when you did, you got the worst of it, but when you lead and didnt' wait you looked really good.
foot work seems on point and your balance seemed pretty well, also, you didn't look awkward in there, keep up the good work.Comment

The other guy wasn't half bad either. I'm in no position to be giving advice, but if your willing it'd be cool to se more.Comment

Oscar says natural movements, like push ups, pull ups, sit ups, that type of thing helps.
Pavlik says a lot of his strength training is hitting a giant tire with a sledgehammer... they did a lot of commentary on how that built his muscles to be loose and long as opposed to Miranda, who had the real buff looking body build, and... well you know how that match turned out.
You are more of a speed guy it looks like, so you want to have the longer, looser muscles, so it doesn't compromise your speed.Comment
