Paulie is fighting in 3 days against Cotto's brother Jose Miguel, and judging by the fact that it doesn't sound like you knew that I'd say he's not receiving much hype.

And if you're going to pick on guys who've moved up to welterweight recently, I think Victor Ortiz is probably more deserving of the "hype job" label considering he had a tremendous amount of hype from Golden Boy and HBO, then publicly thought about quitting the sport the 1st time someone hit him back. But he'll get his chance to reverse that soon.
