Which one is more difficult to accomplish to be a multiple or unified division champ?

Which one is more diffucult to accomplish/achieve in boxing and have more credit? To be a multiple champ in 3 or more different weight divisions or unifying all the belts in one division?

Really equally is both. True dominance and cleaning out a division is just as good winning lineal(emphasis on lineal) titles in multiple divisions.

Sometimes though, you have to go case by case. But, for different guys it would be just a matter of preference.

I hold both equally as impressive.

      Depends who your promoter is.

With a lot of politics I would say unified.

With skill I would say multi-division.

        It depends

If you have a division like the current HW division, it would be better to move up then become unified there.

For example RJJ fighting upcoming guys and contenders and also Hopkins MW reign. In those cases id rather they went up to fight

easier to move up and win 1 belt in different divisions
all champs not anxious to risk their belt to unify
especially guys with belts who aren't big names
and sanctioning bodies don't always like unification fights either

I think the significant of both achievement not too far away. I'm leaning towards a bit to the multiple champ in level of difficulties but then on case by case. There some unified champ in boxing history when they moved up they loss or struggle and move back down to their righfully division.

Unified division is much harder. There are way too many belts and too much politics to make it happen. Lack of a unified sanction body for all boxing is one of the problem.

Unifying is much much harder. Manny has proven that you can beat guys off losses at catchweights and become muti-division champ. To unify you actually have to beat good ranked fighters.

Unifying titles i will say. Its almost impossible to have these fights to happen because of these big promoters controlling the industry.
