Even mayweather took some 2 weeks before signing the fight after the first negotiations feel apart just to make sure of a rematch clause was put in place just incase he looses. People are underestimating Shane's body punching. That's where the upset is. Watch the first round of the Margarito fight and you'll see that Margarito nearly folded after Mosley blasted him to the body. That's his best shot at hurting Pac.

Not avenging his loss to Mosley would lose a lot of shine to Manny's stardom and that means losing money for Arum. This has everything to do with money. The same reason why he's making a Cotto-Margarito rematch, the same reason why he made the Pacquiao-Marquez rematch (NOT an easy fight for Manny), and the same reason why he let Manny go up two divisions to fight Oscar. $$$$$$

Thats also the last time Shane has made a concerted effort to use a body attack. Since then Shane has declined in all area's. He's gonna have to go to the well on this one to even be competetive.

If mosley wins then i imagine floyd would become very eager to fight pac all of a sudden and pretty much drop most extra testing demands.
