You don't understand Cotto, Clottey and Margarito are Top Rank fighters. Haymon and Mayweather could not do business with Arum if their lives depend on it. Look how hard it is to make the biggest of this era. Top Rank and Haymon can't do business. Mayweather is his own boss, but he still says if you want to make a fight with him, you have to talk to Haymon, but Arum can't talk to Haymon. That's the problem. The problem is not really random OST, or a $10 Million dollar fine for every weight over 147 pounds at the weigh in, or the ring size, or the money. It's actually the Haymon/GBP-Arum/Koncz feud.
