I agree Hatton is no joke, but KT will still kill him, this will be a brutal fight for five rounds, if Ricky can last that long, remember Eamon MgGee gave HAtton a lot of trouble, Kt is a completely differnt style than Eamon, but if EM can hurt Ricky....KT will kill him.

I think Hatton is a solid fighter but nothing special. You cant get mad at people when Ricky is the one who hasnt stepped up. If he fights Zoo I would be worried for him. He shouldve already stepped up his comp. Now he's going to jump from fighting C level fighters straight to the top. This is a terrible move. You cant just make that big of a jump and be succesful. Warren has ruined his carrer. Their are things that Zoo to him that he has never seen before. The power and the speed will be a shock to his system. Your suppose to move up in steps. Not from C and D to A plus. Huge mistake

As far as a crowd pleasing ****er Ricky is your guy, he dosn't need a ring to fight in he just needs a phone booth...but how long can he take super zoo shots(I hear they are just as bad as everclear)...probably not more than five or six rounds...if it goes farther, the fight for all intenisve purposes will be over, the question then will be how much of a beating does Ricky take, Zoo may ruin this kid. Ricky's people have had him in line for a title shot with KT for a long time and understand that Zoo would have ruined Ricky a couple years ago, now it is time to roll the dice.

He didn't give him a lot of trouble, it was pretty 1 sided on the score cards and in the fight. He did stun him once but he shook it off well and you shouldn't underestimate Magee's power. There's enough in KT's past fights for Hatton to have the belief that he will stop Kostya. I think it will be KT's hardest fight since Phillips (and possibly ever) but I am a bit biased.

Eamon is a bit tricky but if he hurt/stunned Ricky than KT will do a whole lot worse(after the knockdown Ricky fought differently than he does in most of his fights, if he tastes power then tries to change strategies then forget it, KT/Eamon-not in the same universe)...I agree with DLT, this is not the best move for HAtton...I agree the fight is going to be tough for the first few rounds but KT eats punches for breakfast and so does Ricky....who can eat them longer? KT

Hatton's chin's unproven so you may or may not be right. He did eat everything that Phillips threw at him, which was plenty, which Kostya couldn't do. There's too many things unanswered to write Hatton off totally. KT isn't particularly hard to hit and doesn't seem to fight off the back foot very often which Hatton will probably make him do. KT is a little too economical with his punches and may struggle to keep up with the work rate of Hatton. He also hasn't been subjected to the sort of abuse to the body that Hatton will give him so who knows if he'll be able to take it? My inclination is that Hatton will be too fresh and hungry for him.

If Tyson fought McNeely every day of the week he would never have lost...and Hatton is no Tyson. Frankie's been pairing his boy with tomato cans for too long. Can't understand why the British Press goes so nuts about this guy. I'm not even saying that he's bad, but he hasn't fought anyone that would be worth making a big deal about.

Like I said, I don't think he's a no-talent, but KT takes him in the middle rounds easy. How will the British press spin that one?

Don't even bring up the Phillips comparison, Vince was not the same fighter and It is not even cool that I have to bring that up. Ricky did say after the fight that in like the fifth round Phillips hurt him and he didn't no where he was for a moment...KT is not that economical with his punches, watching him fight Judah and Mitchel (too slick guys) he was able to find there chins easily, Ricky's chin is going to be there all night, if Hatton has any any any any chance at all frankthetank you better hope his chin is made of granite, anything short of granite and it is going to be a long night. Do you want to bet on this fight, granted a long time away but I could use the money?
