WBC super middleweight champion Carl Froch has confirmed to Livefight that his bout with Glen Johnson will take place at Altantic City's Boardwalk Hall on June 4th. Froch had attempted to use his own cash to bring the fight to Nottingham but is now resigned to his third consecutive fight on the road. Ironically, Johnson is known as 'The Road Warrior' yet it is Froch who has to pick up his kit bag and fly out in order to take part in the Super Six semi-final showdown.

its not worth fooling around with, even the road kill said it made sense to have it in nottingham because he has no fans, knows hes gonna get his ass beat, and would of preffered the money

Exactly, he offered to pay Showtime money to change the venue, not Johnson and considering he is backing off would suggest Showtime wasn't too keen on the idea.

As far as who I want to win, I favor Johnson however I am just hoping for a great fight. We all know Johnson is going to bring it, that's for sure...

Froch was willing to pay SHOWTIME $250K to stage the fight in Nottingham, not Johnson. And calling Johnson 'roadkill' is ridiculous. He is the Road Warrior and anyone who disrespects that is not a true boxing fan. Give the man his just do, he brings it every time, not like Froch who ran around like a b*tch against Arthur Abraham...
