Canadian middleweight knockout artist David Lemieux (25-0, 24KOs) could soon be appearing on HBO. During the recent Jean Pascal-Bernard Hopkins press tour, Lemieux's promoter, Yvon Michel of GYM, spoke with HBO about a possible long term agreement with the network. Lemieux will return on ESPN's Friday Night Fights in a WBC eliminator against veteran Marco Antonio Rubio (49-5-1) on April 8 at the Bell Centre. The winner is going to be in line to fight for the WBC crown, which is being contested on June 4 between champion Sebastian Zbik and challenger Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.

Ross Greenburg doesn't like white boxers. No way will he show Lemieux against the winner of Zbik-Chavez Jr, because that's a fight the young KO artist would do very well in.

The only way he'd have Lemieux on, is against a bigger opponent who is very elusive like Dirrell (size and reach disadvantage and bad style matchup for Lemieux).
