    Wlad by KO

Hi gang, new to these boards, Old Timer to the AOL boxing boards. I gotta pick Wlad just because he's such a perfect boxing maching. Technique, Athleticism, Speed, Power, variety of punches, obviously reach. He bit guy is even kind of gracefu. Then there is the chin, endurance, heart??? Still Gotta Go with Wlad. Wouldn't bet the house, probably wouldn't bet the car or my favorite pair of gym socks, but I will pick Wlad.

We shall see! Two Big Punchers with big question marks. Should be fun....

As long as he dosn't get caught cold early on, i think Wlad will easily win this , i think as soon as Peter meets a good talented boxer he'll be exposed, i think he's going to meet one in Wlad, i just can't see Peter connecting with anything big, due to the fact he has slow hands. it's like Larry Merchant once said, power is a big thing in any sport, but you need to be able to plug it in. and i don't think Peter will be able to plug his power in, in this fight.

Wlad never claimed this. This is not the story that came from Wlad's team.

            hmm

I lean towards Peter in this one, but only because Wlad has shown a lack of conditioning in the last few years, plus he has a glass jaw.
Klitschko doesn't have a glass jaw at all. If he did, Sanders would have put him out. Sanders did no moer damage to klitschko than he did to Rahman, and no one says Rahman has a glass jaw. Klitschko also has never really been KO'd unconcscious or anything. Basically, any way you split it, Wlad does not have a glass jaw.

Having said that, he could very well lose this fight.

Focusing on the first link, the actual documental evidence quoted there -- the letter of Burstein -- does not contain any mention of Souza's vaseline story. The reporter does append the vaseline story to his commentary on Burstein's letter, but this is not what Burstein or Klichko acually said themselves.

Moreover, at no point in time had the Klichko camp offically claimed that the Souza's vaseline has anything to do with Wlad's demise in the Brewster fight. All of the official Klichko news and letters are archived at www.klichko.com.

well i'd like to see peter win, but he won't...........

my prediction is that we'll see peter do a judah-like chicken dance in or around the 4th round!!

brutal KO win for WLAD........no kd's....it'll be over at the first & only fall.

I don't think so man, Wlad was never a one-punch KO artist. It was always accumulation of punches. I do agree that Peter will go down though.
