at this point, he have a really good shot at it. He gets somked at WW by Pac and Floyd and at 154 Cotto, Dzinziruk, Angulo, Kirland and Cintron, would Knock his ass out
Retire at 28?! What the hell is wrong with these so called boxers?? 28 is barely hitting prime for most fighters and Khan is nowhere near clearing out 3 divisions btw. You don't get to be a ring legend fighting Irish bums Amir.
I'm so sick of waiting for someone to break this china again. Damn you Maidana for being slow as ****.
I like where his head is at as far as wanting to unify and jump up to become champ. I know others will disagree but I think if he were to fight Victor Ortiz that Khan would get knocked out IMO. If he does unify then make a move to Welterweight I could see that fight taking place since Ortiz doesn't seem as if he's gonna go back down in weight. The whole retire at 28 thing though is garbage. What kind of legacy does this kid think he's gonna have by 28.
I highly doubt Amir has the skills to do something like this. Yes, he has above average skills but it isn't like he has really great skills. He may be able to unify 140 and snatch a lesser belt at 147 but no way would he be able to get a belt at 154. He really doesn't have the skill set to transcend into a multi division threat. Like I said he might be able to win a **** belt at 147 but he will never be able to beat like one of the top 3 guys at welterweight, he just isn't that talented to do so.
amir khan
jose banavidez
saul alvarez
mike jones
victor ortiz
brandon rios
frankie gomez

marcos maidana.........if they all faught each other in the future, it would be awesome.
khan doesn't have the chin to fight at 154 lbs... he might get KTFO at ww too. if berto lands that punch he landed on that other kid, khan will get ****ed up.
