Very watchable........Very appropriate fight... Marquez and Judah both deserve good paydays and this would be a decent one for both. They can both use a solid win against a good name. I feel bad for Marquez because Light Weight is pretty lame right now.... He should just make the full move to 140. He has several great fights at that weight class. No Top Rank politics either... He can fight Bradley, Alexander, Maidana, Matthyse, Judah, Morales (if by miracle he wins).... Guerrero he should take as an insult... Guerrero is one of the worst fighters I've ever watched

And yet, that fight was not even conceivable a few years back, JMM was at 126 when Zab was the undisputed lineal champ at 147

vs guerrero is NOT an attractive offer unless he's making millions... no real legacy value there.

vs judah would be a good fight if it were at a catchweight of 137/38. 140 would be too much for jmm.

JMM is a truly great fighter, and even though he has faded, there is no need to baby him with **** like that. Morales didn't cry for a catch-weight, and look who he's fighting next. And even though Zab - unbelievably - made 138 last time out, he should not be required to compromise himself.

147 is clearly too much for Marquez, but jumping one division is reasonably common-place, and could be possible.

That is called reaching for greatness, so should not be made " easy ".

Marquez needs to just take that offer and fight Judah already...he's not gonna get a better chance to not only fight a legit opponent at 140 but for a world title as well. Zab's style imo is all wrong for Marquez n he's much bigger than him, maybe too fast for him n hits pretty ****ing hard as well but luckily Zab's all ****ed up in the head n doesn't apply his skills and talents n Marquez could apply his technique, power n combination punching on Zab n outwork him

To me Marquez is one of the best fighters I've ever seen, easily in the top 10 of our generation and maybe that Floyd fight was a little misleading about how he'd do in higher weight classes...this would be a great way of testing himself b4 taking on someone like Manny at 147 or the likes of Khan n Bradley at 140

Even though JMM-Judah would be a good fight if I was JMM I would go with Top Rank if Arum gives the gaurantee that he will have a fight againstPacquiao.

Marquez, GBP, and pretty much EVERYONE else, can clearly see that JMM is getting setup by those cherry-pickers. I say *** Pacquiao, and *** 147.

If Manny really needs to start pulling the " sorry, I don't fight catch-weight's, coz it's not fair " bull****, when facing a 38yo midget, then Marquez should move on.
