JMM need not sign with Top Rank to get the trilogy with Pac. Arum only wants GBP out of the picture. Mosley is self-promoted, not with Top Rank, and yet that was enough to get the Pac fight. JMM stands to make more with a Pac trilogy because there is no promoter taking a slice of his pie.

However, I do want him to go back to GBP so that Pac and Arum will be compelled to make a fight with either Berto or Bradley, which I want to see more than a third fight with JMM. A second JMM victory won't do anything for Pac's legacy, unlike a fight with those two.

i agree with you all these guys are nutriders there not true boxingfans, marquez is a true warrior and i think guerrero will give him problems, and i would also like to see him fight judah so he can make history and become the first mexican to win 4 titles in 4 different weight divisions

if jmm signs with top rank .he will have to sign over his soul. they will screw him with the money and the weight. they know that jmm will do anything for the trilogy.jmm should sign the deal and fight judah for the 140 belt to stamp his legacy.guerrero fight means nothing.

I like Judah/JMM. I don't even think Judah's looked all that great in his last three wins. He went up the ranks the right way though, beating a journeyman, a contender, and a titlist. Now he deserves a big fight and this is definitely a big one for him.

If i'm Marquez, i demand a 2 fight contract, with an option for a 3rd fight or able to buy myself out after that. If he wins both, then jump to TR for a Pac fight if they say they will make it happen....take gbp's $, then cash out and retire after the trilogy with pac...

                wishful thinking, i know
                best proposal..

Judah has people fooled. I guess people don't remember him getting that gift against Matthyse. And to me he is the easiest guy out of the top guys at 140 to get a title off of. I've said this before and even made a thread about it. But it baffles me as to why Morales and Barrera are taking the tougher fights when they are more past their prime than Marquez is.

JMM is susceptible to the straight left. Judah has pop and maybe sweet pea can help judah make himself better. Time will tell, its too early to say right now.

JMM on the other hand is 1 of the smartest boxers around, can assimilate and make you fight his fight. He proved that vs Pac(although he drew/lost), and many others. If he wants a 3rd fight w/ Pac, he wont lose to Judah, unless he gets caught by something vicious

It'll be one hell of a fight while it lasted........i got 6 rounds at most

Good point, but that still does not make Judah an " easy " job for JMM.

Styles make fights, Marquez has definitely faded, and 140 is a big ask for a FW.

But yep, Morales and Barrera are at least as fearless as Marquez.

                      All three are legends.
