I sat and said it was a pretty even fight that could have gone either way. Regardless of who you think deserved the decision. I think my stance that it was a close fight that could have gone either way is a lot more accurate than the Money was dominated and Castillo was the victim of a this highway, Whitaker-Chavez type robbery picture that you're attempting to paint.
no painting here floyd wasnt dominated in the fight it was a scoring fight not a bruiser fight and floyd was down on the points..there r several YouTube videos that have the mayweather v castillo fight in SLOW MO!!! scoring every round punch for punch round by round...floyd going in to the 11th and 12th needed a KO and roger knew this too thats why he told floyd to close the rounds strong and try and KO this dude... Whitaker v Chavez was a highway robbery by the way...anyways like i said i said my piece and u did so i guess this discussion is over

And what would you say if Floyd Jr held a press conference tomorrow and stated his comeback wfight would be fighting Berto next if he gets by Ortiz? You would be singing a whole different tune...

Damn, Berto used that "At the end of the day" idiom twice in back-to-back sentences; is he taking lessons from Calzaghe on how to recycle the same overused sayings to the point of dumb jock annoyance? What's next, talking obsessively in the 3rd person like the Y'all Musta Forgot 60/40 And I'll Whoop That @$$? C'mon dawg, leave the observations on Floyd to clowns like Malignaggi and focus on the guy who's actually in front of you, Ortiz. B/c since the Collazo gift decision you've feasted on nothing but blown up LW's and walkover bums (insert last fight here), and used a Haitian disaster as a very questionable step-aside. Sorry, but the real ninjas in the 80's like a Duran, Hagler, Hearns or maybe even Ray Leonard would have kept that date against Shane. But whatever Mr. Protected Record Padder holding the green strap...show me something and stop riding Lil Floyd's ####.

Everybody will end up jumping over Berto. Bradley may jump ship to Top Rank if he beats Khan so Berto may end up being in a bad spot forced to face Mike Jones.

That's not really fair man! He signed to fight Mosley and he would have if his country didn't get destroyed and several of his family members killed. If you don't like the guy or want to question his opposition, fine, but to trash a guy for that is totally uncalled for. Don't you have any kind of sympathy for someone who could have lost his entire family and didn't know for weeks who was dead or alive...

Dude was raised in Florida not Haiti. It wasn't "weeks" before he knew of extended family members' whereabouts, it was several days. Yes I have passion for individuals and families that not only go through hardships like this, but are also in tiny countries whereby Category A agents like cholera can methodically kill off thousands in the aftermath due to 3rd world infrastructure and water supplies.

But it's my contention that Team Berto found an opportunity to circumvent the fight against Shane that was laid out beautifully for late January 2010; a date that Shane had unbelievable success with a year earlier against Margs as it was the date positioned 8 days before the SuperBowl. Berto should have kept this date and fought through the fleeting moments of "concentration, mental toughness, intestinal fortitude etc." like the 4 Kings would have done.

So if you want to believe all this other fluff about "weeks" of not knowing about family members and this great countryman of Haiti (insert Winter Haven, Florida here), then drink the kool-aid my dude.
