While Wlad appears to have more one punch power than Vitali, it's just a product of fighting style and not actual power. Vitali is a pinpoint accurate volume puncher while Wlad uses his jab to set up a single hook or a straight right with his whole body behind it. If Vitali employed the same style he would have more single shot KO's than Wladimir. But, as you say, Wlad does have more single punch KO's than Vitali, but if you take into account tha he's also had 58 pro fights to Vit's 44, a 19 to 15 single shot KO advantage isn't all that much.

Also, I was asking how somebody could think Wlad is a better boxer than Vitali. He may be younger and more athletic, but he's not a better boxer. One of the give aways is that Vit had to go back and dismantle two of the fighters who have managed to beat Wladimir, and he did it easily.
That is a very good point. There are possibly a number of reasons why.

Possibly, Wlad is not the boxing master that folks make him out to be.

He is superb at the basic fundamentals, and he fights well to his style / skill level, but he does not necessarily possess the well-rounded game that compliments his style, which is why certain opponents have troubled him.

And, he does not possess the same intangibles that Vit has.

Vit is a bad, bad, man..... plain and simple.

But, ya gotta admit..... over recent years Wlad has looked better and better with every fight. It is going to take a superb performance to beat him.

I am not too sure if Haye is the one to pull off that superb performance, I seriously doubt it. Lets wait and see

The thing is, Wlad is as good he will ever get and that is marvelous to say the least. But here's the kicker. I can picture Wlad being beaten still. I can't say that about Vitali. He's never been broken and I don't think he ever will while he fights pro. I can confidently say Vitali will retire before he ever loses legitimately.

One bad man indeed and the most feared heavy since Tyson in my opinion.
