If pac didnt want to fight, hed stand on the spot in the middle of the ring and Bradley would be hiding in the corner.

And to person who said Pac isnt a finisher. Pac is fighting at a higher weight now and historically you cant blow guys out. He is still gaining the respect of his opponents with his power though.
Manny didn't "chase" anyone. Manny simply has trouble with anyone who doesn't square up and come directly at him.

There's a reason that Manny's worst performances come against guys who have good fundamental boxing skills.

This is "boxing". There is a reason that the ring is 20 feet, and not 5x5 feet.

There is a reason why good trainers teach you FOOTWORK before they focus on punching.

    • first time around i had bradley only winning 4 rounds maybe 5 rounds MAXIMUM...second viewing my opinion hasn't really changed. no matter what bradley lost the fight..that's just how i see it.

His power knocks the game plan right out of your head and stops you from thinking.

This shows with almost everybody having it a closer fight then when viewing it live. Why is that?
good point. and i will tell you why. most of these people don't like pac or are floyd fanboys so they tell you on the 2nd watch without the biased commentary they could see bradley winning more rounds or even winning the fight which is so sad its not even laughable.

in any event, it was a boring fight and pac is not the same as he used to be. i really miss the pac from morales/DLH/Hatton/Cotto days, that guy was a monster. the current pac is good but nothing like the old pac, this pac gets dominated by mayweather in a close-to shutout victory, i think old pac would have overwhelmed mayweather with his storms of punches and non stop aggression and volume

First, DelaHOya-Trinidad and Peterson - Khan were close fights, I don't have problem with the outcome of those fights as they could have gone either way, this is not the case with Pac-Bradley. Bradley didnt even have a dominant round, most of his "won rounds" can even be contested and could have gone either way depending on how you score rounds and which style you prefer. i.e( aggressor-counter) (volume puncher - big puncher).

Secondly I thought Pac's defence that night was good, Bradley was missing and hitting Pac's gloves all night.
I completely agree with all you said, those fight were close, However the victory went to the fighter who was the most aggressive during the fight.

Pac's defense really was NOT good, he just did not get hit as much in this fight as he normally does.

I think PAC won the fight. I'm only pointing out some things that he did or did not do to make the judges think he deserved the victory.

Also let me say this, i find Cubans more slick and far superior skills than the average african american. Dont get me wrong, Hopkins, Ward and Mayweather are obviously skilled as hell, but not every african american looks like that. On the other hand, I find Cubans being skilled and slick more and more they appear on TV.
I agree with you on this, I see cubans more slick average african american.

However, earlier today I saw Bailey vs Jones and decided to watch the last two championship rounds of Pacquiao's somewhat controversial SD loss before going out the door.

After the 2nd view, I actually gave Bradley both the 11th and 12th round - something I didn't do after the first viewing.

While Max and Lampley were talking about Manny's calves, mustache, hairstyle and other nonsensical bullcrap, Tim was actually outworking Manny and landed more shots. There was no doubt that Pacquiao landed the harder shots but he did absolutely nothing in those two last championship rounds. Tim landed jabs, right hand counters and hooks. Manny tried to steal the rounds in the last seconds but it wasn't enough.

So, so far I've given Bradley 4 rounds. I need to re-watch the whole fight again.

What are your thoughts after the 2nd viewing?
