I agree man, and *** pacquiao if he won't take that fight without an unfair advantage. I think that everyone can see what's up there

He met with company president Oscar De La Hoya and CEO Richard Schaefer. The deal is said to be a lucractive four fight package.

JMM says, "A lot has been said that if I sign with Golden Boy, the third fight with Manny Pacquaio will not happen. But I do not know if that’s something that the people still want to see."

That is the fight a lot of people would love to see JMM. However, I see where you are coming from. If you are getting more than 5M for the 4 easy fights offered by GBP, then it is definitely better than mixing it up with the tough Pac and yet get much lesser.

It isn't a tough choice for JMM... 4 wins with more $$$$ is better than a loss to Pac and get less. Furthermore, he gets to keep his reputation and legacy intact.

Damn, Oscar must've broken the bank and used some Jedi mind tricks to convince JMM to stay and consider a Pacquiao trilogy something that fans won't want to see (a complete 180 from what he was saying a few weeks ago).

Something tells me he wouldn't pass up a shot at Pacquiao, $8-$10 million, massive media exposure, etc to fight Guerrero or Zab for $1 mil (or whatever the contract says). If he does, then he never wanted Pac in the first place, just used him and the threat of jumping ship to force GBP's hand... which is impressive, but explains the pricing out from earlier this year.

He fights the SAME no different!!! Marquez is just a much smarter fighter than anybody Pac has fought period. I thought Pac won the first fight mostly based on the 3 knockdowns plus a couple rounds here or there. The second fight I had Marquez 7-5 rounds 114-113 if you include the knockdown. No way did Marquez get whooped and even at welterweight I still think Pac would win a close decision. When will Pac's guys learn that Styles and circumstances make fights just as much as talent.
Bro, they are WELL AWARE OF THAT FACT.

Hence why Pac is fighting older faded guys, who come straight on.

And that is also why they will not entertain a catch-weight for Marquez, even after making an art-form out of manipulating advantages.

Pac can test his mettle against someone who is younger, bigger version of Marquez in Tim Bradley at 147, no need to prove anything with Marquez especially since the clown wont be leaving Golden Boy. He was just pounding his proud Mexican chest anyway with that "I beat Pacquiao twice" nonsense.
