It depends on what he does AFTER. Many thought he was going to face more quality guys after Collazo but he went back to fighting no-hopers. Well see I guess.

berto never fought clottey and he called him out on HBO BAD
berto never fought cintron even though both are under the same promotional banner and is much better resume wise
berto called out margarito on UStream but never actively pursued that fight

It does depend on what he does after,i expect him too knock Ortiz out,then hopefully he will start facing some really good welterweights
