Guys, Bob Arum is supposedly Pacquiaos boss and Manny just does what he says, but Arum can't even lean on Pacquiao to get Donaire on his undercards. Donaire would have twice as many fans if he got even that, but Pacman of course won't let Donaire on his card unless he signs with Pacquiao Promotions and gives Manny a cut of his money. All the non-asian fighters aren't asked to do that, just Nonito.
