Comments Thread For: Danny Williams To Continue To Fight The Good Fight

Seven years ago Danny Williams battered a fading Mike Tyson to a fourth-round defeat in Louisville and was afforded a brief glimpse of the fighting fame he had craved since he first laced on the gloves as an eight-year-old.

Sounds like he's realistic about the level he should be fighting at now (which should minimize the risk of any long term brain damage) so it's good to see Danny Williams return. Winning a title with a dislocated shoulder was incredible, it took tremendous heart, willpower and a fair amount of skill to accomplish. I think he was off for nearly a year to recover from surgery after that fight. Here's the classic last round >
