The evidence is that Shane Mosley never tested positive for steroids. But he was on steroids, but the boxing commissions drug testing couldn't find any drugs on Mosley, so Mosley was "clean".

Basically, no extra tests should be taken, what needs to be done is a whole new testing system, not extra tests. NSAC CA, NY, Texas, etc, should all have OST.

We didn't. What I saw was, two guys who were still bitter about a then recent lawsuit and break-up they went through. Therefore they couldn't do business together.

Sort of like if Donaire leaves Top Rank, and Bob Arum tries to get Donaire to face WV2 or Lopez, but Donaire doesn't want to do business with Arum, so the fights can't happen.
