is because of an allegation.

The evidence is that Shane Mosley never tested positive for steroids. But he was on steroids, but the boxing commissions drug testing couldn't find any drugs on Mosley, so Mosley was "clean".

Basically, no extra tests should be taken, what needs to be done is a whole new testing system, not extra tests. NSAC CA, NY, Texas, etc, should all have OST.

If that's true, then Smith should get a pass. He was just doing his job- reporting what a source told him, which he naturally would assume was true. But if he was deceived, along with the rest of us, then it's not really on him... even though he should've done his homework and investigated more. Instead he made himself and the Daily News look foolish.

Also, that's just a b*tch move on Floyd and his camp. Those clowns need to pay what they owe.
