Paul Smith had a nightmare end to 2010 when losing his British 168lb title to James DeGale at the ECHO Arena, Liverpool on December 11th. Things got a whole lot worse for 'Smigga', an avid Liverpool follower, early in 2011 when he decided to join Joe Gallagher's Denton-based, CNP-sponsored gym – Gallagher is a die hard Manchester United fan and has revelled in United's procession towards a possible twelfth Premier league title. Was this this blog entry he was so offended by? If so it seems like Paul deserves some stick for being rude.

I wasn't sure that was the one Paul was so offended by. Considering he started the name calling I was wondering if someone else had taken offense. Terry did seem to avoid the fact that Paul was the one who lowered things to a personal level well before the blog entry was written. Paul had called a user a drunk the night before then came out with several "tosser" and "wanker" comments. I was assuming that if my blog was the entry he was so peeved about his "thick skin" would have seen beyond it.

Paul should surely have been a bigger man than to resort to the personal insults he has been issuing all week. Though of course he's either been playing mud slinging, the same thing he slagged off ESB members for, or he did the silly thing of lowering himself to my level. Which ever way, Paul ended up deleting/making privatre most of his comments after a separate user sent Frank Warren an E-mail. I guess Paul must have been told to watch himself a bit.

The blog has been edited more than once since it went up. The follow up entry is heavily selective in terms of its content and will no doubt be edited also. Minor site, a blog with a single follower, no potato.
