Kohl to sue WBA over Haye-Klitschko. Boytsov to return.

In an interview to Hamburger Abendblatt Universum promotor Klaus-Peter Kohl said:

"Ruslan Chagaev has won an official WBA eliminator and is therefor mandatory challenger to champion David Haye. I eagerly await the WBA's reasons to allow Haye a unification fight with Wladimir Klitschko. We wont accept it just like that."

Q: But they say that unifications are allowed?

Kohl: "Not when WBA has made an official eliminator. Chagaev fought and won and I paid. So they got to give us some respect. Haye had to defend before May this year. He wont do that. I think it will be up the court to decide what we deserve."

    On Denis Boytsov:

"Denis has had a handoperation, but is now fit. He can fight again in May or June. He's the man for the future when the Klitschko's are gone."

well, firstly Chagaev doesnt deserve another title shot.

          cuz,

          -he quit against Wlad
-he beat ****in Meehan for the eliminator who wasnt fightin for nearly 2 years.
-he barely could beat Travis Walker

It was obvious from the start that the BBBofC wouldn't have it as they protect the UK fighters interest. Still Wlad fought him no problem, so why wouldn't Haye do the same? Likely because he knew he would be in against a live opponent thereby risking his big payday against klit.

Remember also that the WBA allowed him to fight an official eliminator for Haye's title so when the WBA now cannot deliver, Chagaev shall receive damages. Happens all the time. Standard procedure.

Do you really believe Chagaev would be a live opponent? He looked terrible in his last fight. Haye would have fought him if he was cleared, we all knew that was unlikely but still he had a TV date scheduled just incase. The boxing world gets a fight they want to see instead of a one sided demolition that would have happened. Chagaev should just retire he's finished.

The WBA will do what is best for their interest as always, they make they rules up on the go, I mean their CW champion wasn't stripped and he didn't fight for what, 2 years almost?

Wasn't you one of them that was saying Haye would duck Wlad and fight Chagaev instead? Oh, and that he didn't have to fight his mandatory? This proves he would have had to fight his mandatory, but got lucky because his mandatory was infected.
